The house is in the 'Notteri' area towards Capo Carbonara, located in the sandy language between the marina and the beach known as 'TIMI AMA', close to 'cala giunco'. The adjacent salt lake is often frequented by pink flamingos walking near the entrance gate. The beach TIMI AMA, reachable within 5 minutes on foot, is five hundred meters away, it is mostly free beach although some beach umbrellas are available. You can walk to other beaches on the other front as the small beach under the ancient tower. The house is set on the ground floor, it is surrounded on three sides by 1300 square feet of lush garden with palm and pine trees. There are four bedrooms, two doubles and two doubles with bunk beds, each bedroom has a wardrobe, ceiling fan and air conditioning, two bathrooms (the second built in 2017) with sink, toilet, bidet and large shower, kitchen with all appliances (hob, electric oven, large fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher). The spacious living room features a large extensible table and ceiling fan and satellite TV. There is a large loggia with a second table for outdoor dining, a wicker lounge, deck chair and a beach cot. There is also a wood or charcoal barbeque and there are two outdoor showers.
