The architecturally elegant finca "Buena Vida" is a paradise in the countryside. The location of this tasteful house alone is a mirror image of Mallorca's diversity. Lush Mediterranean flora adorns and caresses the property, which is located in a cul-de-sac with only residential traffic. The lightness of the coastal climate not only rubs off on the place, but also lends a pleasant maritime flair to this spacious villa with exquisite outdoor space. This naturally includes a mosaic-studded infinity-style pool crowned by a Jacuzzi as a special highlight. The pool is perfectly integrated into the spacious terrace landscape, where there is also enough space for casual loungers and shade from parasols. Next to it, the weatherproof outdoor seating area with brick barbecue looks wonderfully rustic. The integrated outdoor toilet is a fabulous addition to the outdoor area. On the sheltered veranda by the house, a casual lounge with airy dining area is perfectly staged. Three cats have belonged to the finca for several years. They are outside day and night. The finca owners are very grateful for the daily feeding of the fur noses! There is enough cat food available. The animals are in regular veterinary treatment, vaccinated and dewormed.

In addition to this fabulous outdoor area, you can enjoy not only the view of the enviable pool area from the balconies on the upper floor, but also an unforgettably beautiful distant sea view. This is presented to you from both air-conditioned bedrooms, which offer direct access to the roof terrace. With en suite bathrooms in neutral white and contemporary walk-in showers, this noble hostel is ideal for two couples, although a family is also very welcome. All rooms are wonderfully flooded with light, including the open-plan living and dining area, which has direct access to the lush terrace landscape for even more spaciousness. In addition to the underfloor heating, a fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere for cooler evenings. Mallorcan traditions, supported by terracotta-coloured floor tiles, are combined with an open design of the functional areas of living, dining and cooking. The fully equipped kitchen with maximum technical comfort makes your consciously chosen self-catering a pleasure when cooking together. Because that is what the sun-drenched finca "Buena Vida" stands for - for good living, which you can simply experience and enjoy here!
Since November 2020, the finca has been operated with a photovoltaic system for its own electricity consumption. The remaining energy is fed into the electricity grid.
