Nice holiday home just 10 m from the sea and 700 m from San Nicola l'Arena, a characteristic fishing village with a nice harbor on the Tyrrhenian coast of Sicily. Beautiful covered terrace with sea views and equipped for outdoor dining, barbecue. Below the house there is a small private rocky beach. In the night you can watch the spectacle of the "lampare", the typical lights used by fishermen to illuminate the water surface. At the guests' disposal a two-seater canoe. 13 km Bagheria with its historic villas, 15 km from the archaeological park of Solunto, 20 km the beautiful city of Palermo, 40 km Cefalù - one of the most beautiful villages of Italy. The access to the accommodation is via two flights of stairs (approximately 30 steps).
