Thanks to lovely pool and a large garden, the property is ideal for mixed age groups wanting a holiday far away from bustling crowd. Albufeira is just 3 km away, with restaurants and supermarkets. The sea beach is just 3.5 km away, where you can enjoy long walks. For the sports lovers, there is a tennis court (3.5 km) and golf course (12.5 km) nearby. Enjoy a few laps in the private pool or have lazy naps in garden with furniture. Barbecue on the roofed terrace is where you can have sizzling meals and conversations. The villa features air-conditioned rooms, kitchen and a living cum dining room. For reasons of tranquility, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters. **Due to Coronavirus we will not be providing a weekly cleaning. Only arrival and departure. Extra towels during 2 week stay in the villa. Should clients stay 14 nights cleaning has to be arranged with the clients outside of the house, not present. Only per arrangement and appointment.**
