Around it, you will find plenty of loungers as well as a roofed area which branches off toward the house. It provides pleasant shade during warm summer days and features high-quality furnishings – a wonderful little spot for having lunch or an evening meal outdoors. This area also features a built-in outdoor barbecue together with the practical outdoor kitchen – feast here to your heart's content on warm evenings and enjoy this unique location. The best place to acquire fresh fish, meat, and vegetables is at the weekly market in Felanitx, one of the loveliest markets on the island.

The natural-stone cladding, which is used on parts of the outside facade, creates a smart architectural contrast to the smoothly plastered surfaces and continues into the indoor area of the villa. There is also an additional guest toilet. A new feature was added to this property in 2015: The house's garage, which is approx. 30 m away from the main building, was converted into a large apartment measuring around 70 m². Here is where you will find two double bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with shower, a kitchen with an oven and fireplace, and an air-conditioned living room. The apartment can only be rented out in combination with the holiday villa. With its many historic buildings, Manacor (22 km) is a very appealing day trip destination in this region. But the area around Felanitx also has a lot going for it – every Sunday morning, the town holds its weekly market, where you can stock up on all manner of fresh, regional products. The landscape here is very diverse, with everything from flat, rich farmland and steep, coastal gullies to wooded hills and even mountain ranges – everything has its own appeal, and lovers of the outdoors are sure to find lots to appreciate here. Even the "Calas", Mallorca's natural and sometimes not easily accessible beaches and swimming coves, are within easy reach and waiting to be explored.
