Description

This impressive luxury villa was built upon 2750 sqm, and overlooks the Northern Ocean and the town of Puerto de la Cruz. This view can be enjoyed from a terrace, which drops back onto the villa's extravagant tropical gardens that are routinely kept. The outside grounds have ample seating and dining areas. A particularly novel feature is the mini beach, which has several sun loungers and is positioned north facing, making it the best place to catch the sun throughout the whole of the day.

The amply sized tiled swimming pool, uses an ozone purification system so there is very little chlorine used in the swimming pools maintenance. The pool will easily accommodate all your guests and is ideal for those refreshing plunges, when the sun is at its hottest. The outdoor grounds are concluded by court that has a basketball hoop and table tennis, which is great for the children.

The ground level is home to an impressive leisure area & recreation room and bar, embracing the view of the coastline which can be seen in every direction because of the one-way silver mirrored panoramic windows. On the same level, there is a spectacular pantry and dining area with a natural stone interior that will make you believe that you have been transported to an enchanted medieval Spanish wine cellar bodega. On this floor, there are four En-suite double bedrooms, with large closets and access to the terrace. The villas have an exterior and interior kitchen. Both are very well equipped and the indoor kitchen leads into a pantry and garage space. A discreet wellness area can be discovered on this level, where you will find a fitness room, massage area and sauna.

The first floor has a spacious living room, dining space and several seating spaces, one of which is positioned opposite the wide-ranging windows, again, observing the coastline. A neatly tucked away niche provides sofa seating that face a wood burning fire place, which is ideal for enjoying a quiet nightcap. Finally, a glass panelled wall divides the living area and a cosy room that creates a more intimate atmosphere. The final En-suite double bedroom is the concluding space on this level and has remarkable view of a chapel.

#### Location
The city of Puerto de la Cruz can be found on the north of the island, in Tenerife. Due to a volcanic eruption during the 18th century, Puerto de la Cruz is known as one of the greener parts of the island. Rich with vegetation, botanical gardens, summer-like weather all year round and dazzling beaches, the island's houses are some of the most luxurious villas in Spain.

Much of the colonial architecture is still intact within the old town, which makes a stroll down the narrow streets and passages a real treat. You won't have a problem when it comes to finding somewhere to have a meal or drink, as there is an abundance of fine eateries. Keep an eye out for the occasional market too, as there's interesting local produce to be discovered at bargain prices.

This town is an ideal destination for families with children and caters for every holidaymaker. For those who enjoy trekking or like to be at one with nature, there are several trails that ascend into the hills and Anaga Mountain, as well as the stunning Botanico Gardens at La Paz. Lago Martianez Water Park and Loro Parque, an animal adventure park, are great places to take children, who will also love the black sanded Playa de Jardin. For those working on their swing, the island is scattered with about ten 18 Hole golf courses, so rent a car and take a ‘long drive' around, in order to tackle as many courses as possible.
