This Victorian terraced townhouse is located in the town of Ventnor and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.

Seaview House is a terraced townhouse in the town of Ventnor just ten miles from Newport. The cottage sleeps eight people and has one king-size double bedroom with roll-top bath and three twin bedrooms. Family bathroom and family shower room. Also in the cottage are a fitting kitchen with dining area and seating area with electric fire.Outside is on road parking and a patio with furniture and BBQ. Situated at the southern end of the island, Seaview House is a lovely family holiday cottage all year round.

Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with FreeSat, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking in public car park 20 yards away, at a cost of £40 for 7 days (which allows parking in council car parks throughout the island, see iwight.com). Decking and patio with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: There are steps from the decking down into the garden and care should be taken. At the end of the patio is a drop; care should be taken and children should be supervised. This patio area is gated.

Region: The Isle of Wight, with its beaches, unspoiled scenery, rich heritage and over 500 miles of award-winning public footpaths is a walker’s paradise, or if sailing is your thing, the renowned annual Cowes Week is not to be missed.

Town: The quaint Victorian seaside resort of Ventnor is located at the southern end of the island and accessed via an array of steep winding roads set amidst beautiful scenery. Sheltered by St. Boniface Down, one of the island's highest points and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this charming town has a uniquely mild micro climate enabling tropical and exotic plants to grow throughout the area. The gently sloping sandy and fine shingle beaches provide excellent facilities for watersports and offer a range of stunning coastal paths to explore, while the harbour sells a broad range of fresh fish and locally-caught seafood. A good variety of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants line the esplanade, whilst the Botanical Gardens are within easy reach and well worth a visit.
