All of this can be enjoyed on the beautiful terraces on several sides of the house – or on the balcony on the top floor, which reveals a view that extends even further into the picturesque surroundings. When the weather is good, take a stroll along the pretty stone path to the pool area, which lies a bit further away from the house and exudes a completely unique, idyllic atmosphere. Surrounded by old trees and a paved sunbathing area, a very special relaxation spot awaits – don't forget to bring your favourite beverage! You can just cool off or opt for a bit of sporting activity as you please. Here, nobody will ask; you alone set the tone of your personal holiday melody.

A glass door leads from the terrace into the villa's interior on 45 m² of living space. You first enter the pleasantly light living and dining room, which gains additional cosiness due to the fireplace as well as the practical kitchenette. The fold-out sofa in natural-coloured fabric matches the rest of the living area with its terracotta tiles and exposed wooden beams. Part two of the kitchen – sink, storage space – is located right around the corner, so you can comfortably divide up the chores without getting in each other's way. A bathroom with a shower right across the hall completes this floor – and there is another one one floor up, which is also where the bedroom with outdoor access and a balcony is located. After sleeping here, you can gaze straight into the vast landscape in the mornings – as if you're still dreaming. In this friendly and well-kept holiday home, you as a couple will surely find the needed peace and time together far from the stress of everyday life.

If you want to leave your oasis for a short time, there is a lot to discover in the nearby and further surroundings. The small, somewhat sleepy town of Porreres, offers an experience every Tuesday: Half the village heads to the weekly market. In addition to fruit and vegetables, you will find household goods, clothing, and shoes there. The stands spread across the main square and through the smaller alleyways. The rock castle Castell de Santueri and the monastery San Salvador are close to Felanitx and will each reward you for your effort with a fantastic view. The beaches of the south and east coast can easily be reached with a hire car – we recommend a model which is suitable for country roads due to the access road – for relaxed, leisurely days at the beach.
