Description

Easy – your holiday starts immediately after arriving: just one hour's drive, exclusively along paved roads, takes you from the airport to the villa where you can quickly settle down and relax. After your arrival, you will probably want to enjoy a cool drink on the terrace, which, thanks to its roof, provides an ideal place to sit down and relax even in the hottest summer weather. When the weather is nice the modern table might become the setting for all your meals over the coming days. Even if a delicious breakfast in these surroundings surely counts as a special pleasure, the nearby built-in BBQ will probably also have you fantasising about enjoying culinary treats together in the evenings. Who will be the first to jump into the cool waters of the pool? With a length of 8 m, the pool, which is decorated with blue mosaic tiles and small semi-circular stairs, is an excellent base for hot sunny days. For sunbathing, the loungers can be positioned however you like all around the garden. If you want to watch the world from above, head up to the roof terrace, which is nestled in the first floor of the house and also grants a view over the garden.

The ground-level terrace leads directly into the bright living and dining room which is conveniently split into two, allowing you to relax indoors without getting into one another's way – both areas have an excellent view of the garden. The sofa is the perfect place for comfortably watching a bit of TV, several tables are ideal for reading or writing at – how about a postcard to your family and friends at home? The glass-topped dining table can easily accommodate everyone in your group for dining indoors, which might be especially tempting on a lazy day as the distance to the kitchen is so short. In a dark brown-silver style, the comprehensively equipped kitchen offers an excellent basis for self-caterers, and the large fridge / freezer keeps the holiday bar reliably at the correct temperature. A cosy bedroom with two single beds as well as a bathroom are also located on the ground floor. The stairs will take you upstairs and on to the other two bedrooms - both furnished with double beds measuring 1.80 x 2.00 - one of which includes an en-suite bathroom. A total of three showers and one bathtub characterise the villa's three modern designed bathrooms.

The particular appeal, among others, of the houses in the southeast of the island is their proximity to the so-called "Calas de Mallorca". These many little sandy coves, in parts still undeveloped, with their often fine sand and shallow entry into the water, make them ideal for families with small children. The small road near the house will quickly take you to a number of beautiful excursion and bathing destinations, such as the well-protected swimming cove of Cala Murada where the blue flag for clean water waves in the wind and where sun loungers, toilet facilities and a beach bar cover a wide range of needs. You should definitely also plan a visit to the beautiful beaches of Son S'Arenal in Porto Colom (about 10 km) and Cala Sa Nau in S`Horta (about 14 km)! The region around Cales de Mallorca, with its wealth of caves, makes history come alive, and a trip to the San Salvador monastery nearby promises to provide fabulous views.
