This beautifully renovated holiday home was once a small country church dating from the 18th Century, located in the vicinity of the charming hamlet of Fabrica di Roma.In the former apse, now converted to the dining area, guests will still be able to admire the original frescos of this unique property. This house has managed to master the art of combining contemporary furniture, comforts and decoration without losing sight of the original charm of this building. There is a spacious living/ dining area on the ground floor adjacent to a modern eat-in kitchen. The two bed and bathrooms are located on the first floor accessible via spiral staircase in the living room.The accommodation is situated at a few km from the lakes of Northern Lazio and from South Umbria.
