Casa Grande is a spectacular villa located within the hillside resort of Roque del Conde. From its stunning elevated position, you can enjoy wonderful sea views down into the valley of Playa Fanabe. Inside features two bedrooms accompanied by modern and stylish ensuite bathrooms, there are then a further two bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate WC, a fully equipped kitchen and various lounge areas to relax in. The large outside space offers a fantastic private swimming pool which can be enjoyed all year round with electric pool heating included during the winter months. A built-in barbecue along with a sink and worktop is provided for al-fresco dining. Please note due to Roque del Conde being an up and coming resort in Tenerife, you may experience possible noise from ongoing building work within the area, however this has been reflected in the pricing and will not obstruct or spoil in any way the fantastic sea views and amazing sunsets this beautiful villa has to offer. Roque del Conde has great variety of restaurants and shops within a 10 minute drive down to Playa Fanabe. The popular Siam waterpark is also only a 10 minute drive away.
