Villa Cabana

Description

Less than 200 metres from the ocean, Villa Cabana is located in a quiet area, surrounded by a large garden with a spacious pond (18x20 metres). Here you can sit in an easy chair and enjoy the impressive view (of many kilometres) over the valley in which Caldas da Rainha lies. The villa is situated on top of one of the highest cliffs of the Portuguese coast. For nice restaurants and terraces, a walk on the beach or a day of sunbathing you go to one of the cosy villages Foz do Arelho, Salir do Porto or São Martinho do Porto, which are only 5 km away. Here you will find beautiful and child safe beaches. From the house itself there is no access to the beach. The old characteristic town Caldas da Rainha (8 km) has several supermarkets. You can enjoy mountain biking in the area and a visit to the Berlengas nature park or the castle in Obidos is definitely worthwhile. In the vicinity are also 3 golf courses. Villa Cabana has a lot of privacy. The only traffic past the house is the farmer with his tractor on his way to his field. Across the road begins a nature reserve that runs to the ocean and stretches for many kilometres. Here you can also go for beautiful walks. Down in the valley there are vast forests.
