Two of the bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds, of which one has ensuite bathroom. There is also a twin bedroom, Each one of the bedrooms is totally unique and full of character featuring the best of local vibes.

The house comes with modern and fully equipped kitchen.
The common bathroom provides a heavenly sanctuary to wash away the beach and sand and segue you into your relaxing evening on vacation.

Head to the north of the area and explore the quieter villages of Santa Agnes and San Mateo, with rich red soil and narrow roads that wind through the countryside, touched only to plough the lands. Or go even more south and hit up the bustling Ibiza Town, shop and dine and see the island’s most buzzing city centre!

For local supermarkets, Hipercentro exists on the right of the motorway coming from Ibiza town and headed west to San Antonio, 5 minutes walk from the house. Of course the city of Ibiza offers many specialty food boutiques, shops and markets but should you want to venture out, this villa location close to some of the island’s most superb gastronomic gems. In the centre of the villa’s closest village; San Rafael you will find Es Tanco, one of the best pizza spots on the island. Leaving the airport, please call us and we will meet you at the villa to check you in, and check the passport to confirm the identity of the person who has made the property booking and signed the booking pack. At the same time, we will take any outstanding payments and answer any questions.

The fees regarding out of hours check in/check out are as per our terms and conditions.
Our working hours are 8am – 8pm, for arrivals and departures not within these hours, the following surcharges apply:
Check-in/out between 8pm - 11pm - 30 Euros
Check-in/out between 11pm - 6am - 45 Euros
Check-in/out between 6 am -8 am – 30 euros

These charges are not for you to extend your holiday stay; they are for our team members to meet you at the property outside of our working hours.

Please note: there is an Eco-tax of 2.20 per person, per day to be paid on arrival at the property in euros.
