Description

Offering a mammoth estate with five outstanding apartments, Quinta do Monte is the perfect place to explore the wonders of the Western Algarve coast. Offering character and tranquillity, enjoy recreation and fun for several families across the homes, which also makes for an ideal accommodation for wedding events!

The apartments on the estate, named after the trees that grow on the grounds, are all self-contained, so everybody's granted a slice of exclusivity as well as the opportunity to gather a whopping twenty-one guests together!

Each apartment houses a homey living area so no matter where you stay, you can cosy-up with fellow travellers and enjoy DVDs on large televisions. The TV also makes use of the surround sound system, which will make you feel like you're in a personal cinema.

The great thing about Quinta do Monte's apartments is that they are self-sufficient, meaning you can retreat to your villa and spend as much time indoors as you want. A fully-equipped kitchen means that you will be able to make anything from a coffee to a full-blown feast! The Orange, Almond and Lemon Apartments offer double bedrooms and room with twin singles, perfectly hosting families and share the use of a family bathroom with a shower and a bathtub for decadent soaks. The final two apartments offer double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms for even more convenience on your stay! What's more, the sixteen guests capacity can be upped to accommodate five more adults!

And of course, this villa ensures that the exterior is expansive enough to support five apartments and offer space for enjoying the Portuguese climate. Enjoy the shade the villa provides while on the patio, or if you prefer, flick off your shoes and waltz around the grass barefoot, enjoying private orchards that include fig, almond, orange, lemon, lime, pear, passion fruit, plum, mango, peach, olive, avocado and banana, as well as homegrown strawberries and raspberries. You can exploit the sunshine, courtesy of sun loungers scattered throughout the massive exterior, or dive into the enormous pool, beautifully decorated and supporting a Jacuzzi nearby so you can kick back with a glass of bubbly as the water soothes you. There is a generous spread of games, including table tennis and basketball so kids can enjoy all day and there are even further experiences offered, such as massages for hire!

#### Location
The most western of the European countries, Portugal's location offers it an incredible variation of landscape and natural beauty for the intrepid to explore. Coupled with delectable cuisine, tonnes of history and tradition, there's an absurd amount of things to do and ways to explore the majestic country. It also helps that prices are super affordable, so you will probably find you don't have to compromise on anything!

Quinta do Monte sits in the southern edge of the land in the famed Algarve region. Known for its sheer beauty and perched off the Atlantic Ocean, you are granted picturesque views in every city and village you visit, some of which are nestled on cliffs and within valleys. Coastal settings mean that you are never too far from a beach and there is a selection of incredible towns and cities throughout the district, where you can dine and drink the finest vino!

Your stay in Quinta do Monte extends exclusivity with its hillside location, commanding sweeping views of the surroundings below. While you are away from the hubbub of activity upon your stay in the estate, you remain within easy access of some of the best cities the country has to offer. It may be hard to leave the homes, however, as you have access to a range of facilities to keep you entertained and pampered. Choose from a host of games, perfect for family trips and some fun for the little ones or indulge in a revitalising massage or therapy session in the comfort of your home!

Lagos is the biggest city close to the villa, just a ten-minute drive away. A focal point in Portugal's golden years of seafaring, the city offers an abundance of things to do, see, eat and drink, meaning you can spend multiple days exploring the vicinity. Explore the rich history of the port city, which has seen the likes of the Romans, the Moors and several other cultures, all play a part in its development. Visit the ancient walls in the city to get up-close and personal with antiquity, or visit churches that have stood through the tests of time and earthquakes! Through winding streets and charming squares, guests can dine at a variety of restaurants, some small and offering a local essence, or at more upscale and franchise-type places to eat. Wine is a staple of this country, so pair your meals with some of the finest fruit of the vine available. Lagos's other allure is its selection of award-winning beaches. Visit Meia Praia, a stretch of golden, sandy shores, where you can kick-back in isolated bliss or enjoy services and amenities in the busier parts of the beach.
