Providing a safe and clean environment to ensure we are making Guest and Staff safe. Staff at the villa will be wearing PPE equipment complying with industry guide lines.

An antique style balcony-terrace with life size roman statues and a staircase lined with columns lead down to an azur-blue pool where you can sunbathe and have a refreshing swim. In the evening you can relax on one of the comfortable bar stools at the private illuminated outside Ocean Bar and enjoy wine or cocktails with friends in a convivial atmosphere. In the bar area there is also a stone BBQ equipped with a large, professional gas-grill, a flatscreen TV and a Billard table.

Entertainment for the younger guests is also available as directly in the terrace area there is a playing area with the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' ship. This 2-storey terrace area is perfectly rounded off by a wellness leisure center with decked chill out sunbathing area where you can completely relax within the Ocean Spa sauna, whirlpool or work out in the full equipped gym. Afterwards you are invited to enjoy a small siesta on the sun loungers outside.



Indoors:

The indoors of Villa Badia are characterized by the striking, highly-modern furnishings and the impressive opening glass frontage to the pool side of the house which creates a wonderfully bright and friendly ambience. The spacious shining open kitchen impresses with its complete equipment and large, semi-open oval cooking island. The kitchen area adjoins an open living area with home-cinema – the flatscreen TV which is housed in the ceiling and lowered when required offers deluxe entertainment. Sink into the fantastic leather sofa and completely enjoy the cinema-feeling. Via the floor-to-ceiling French windows the living and kitchen area leads directly to a covered dining area which provides stunning views over the Mediterranean and Palma bay. Leaving the dining area you can make yourself comfortable one of the white leather couches on the balcony. Five stylishly-decorated and furnished bedrooms, of them one as a master bedroom with an emperor sized luxury bed, the following bedrooms are 2 super king size and 1 queen size double with full size bunk beds, provide accommodation for 8 adults and 2 children. Three super-modern, brightly-tiled bathrooms with 3 walk-in showers are also at your disposal. After freshening up for the evening you can go for a stroll along the nearby sophisticated harbour of Puerto Portals, afterwards taking a cool glass of champagne in one of the excellent restaurants. Then chill out get that bronzed suntan on the luxury spa deck sun beds sipping a chilled glass of bubbly or order a massage from our health and beauty team.



Family Friendly Experience:

The villa has been designed to provide entertainment for all ages making sure a memorable holiday is had by all. This takes the presser of parents keeping the younger guest entertained by letting them find the many things provided at the villa for them to enjoy and keep them busy.

Enjoy the upper Ibiza Chill Out Deck watching movies or great sporting events on the 60inch tv under the stars. Enjoying beautiful views of the Bay of Palma and Bendinat Golf Course with your friends and family. Golf can also be arranged for our guests.

Have a American pool competition at the Ocean Sports Bar while the illuminated Disney rock fall lights up with Disney characters.

The chef in family will love the Ocean Sports Bar outside kitchen with traditional or gas barbecue, for breakfast use the gas Plancha or get the private Chef from our Villa team to do the Cooking.



Child-friendly holiday villa:

“The White Pearl Pirate’s ship” with its safe soft flooring, offers a shaded playground with different play items suitable for younger children. It has been designed as amazing Pirates of the Caribbean themed play-zone. In the Davy Jones locker a professional baby changing table and toilet and sink for easy access from the pool.



Sunbathing Area:

There are 3 sun terraces with 12 sunbeds to get that golden holiday tan each area has its own shaded seating area to take a break from the sunshine. Fans are offered to guests to provide a cooling breeze.



Games:

Play slide hockey table, foosball, full-size American pool table to indulge your indoor competitive side. There is also an Xbox for online gamers, Sonos throughout the villa to choose your favourite tunes.



Dining:

A perfect al Fresco dining area to enjoy meals with views over the Mediterranean, at night see the stars in the sky shining on the Sea. Make your favourite drinks, have chilled water and ice from the American style fridge freezer or cold beer while watching sport on the Ocean bar TV. You also have an option to cook your favourite dishes in an open air kitchen.



Chlorine-free swimming pool:

Enjoy the pool with family games such as poolside basketball in our heated chlorine-free pool. A stunning illuminated waterfall and two outside showers are also available.

Other things to note: We do not take booking from hen or stag parties of singles. Check in days are on a Saturday at 4 pm and check out at 10.00 unless agreed alternative dates and time with the owner.



Area Description:

Portals Nous is a small, relaxed town west of Palma. Thanks to its location, just 12km from the capital and only a short walk from the glitzy marina of Puerto Portals, it's a popular choice with both holidaymakers and residents. British second homeowners are particularly taken with the town, which retains a sense of community even in winter. The main high street is focused along Carretera d'Andratx. Here you'll find a selection of shops including fashion boutiques, newsagents, hardware stores, a supermarket, an independent book shop and a variety of restaurants. From Portals Nous, you can access two beaches, a small bay called Cala Portals Nous or Cala Bendinat, and the larger, more well-known Platja de S'Oratori, more commonly known as Cala Portals Nous. This bigger beach is connected to the port, where you'll find a marina full of beautiful yachts and fine dining options.
