Description

Unbelievably beautiful: the natural-stone villa "Can Boleno" stretches out across two floors in the middle of the countryside in a wonderfully quiet, secluded location on an impressive 35,000 m² estate. The house with its many windows is surrounded by charmingly designed, sunny, and covered terrace areas where large, beautifully terracotta pots with beautiful plants as well as inviting seating areas await you – from the dining table to the softly upholstered outdoor sofa and the cosy hanging chairs through to romantic daybeds.

The interior of the villa also reflects the exquisite taste of the owners. The interior of "Can Boleno" has been furnished and designed to a high standard with plenty of style and a trained eye for decorative details. You can find rustic natural stones and wood throughout the bright, spacious, and open rooms, beautifully combined with modern, simple white walls. Indirect lighting is complemented by opulent chandeliers, and all the home accessories have obviously been selected with great care. The living room is located on the ground floor. You can sit down on a corner couch and watch TV here, or snuggle up in the pillows on the brick bench. Next door, there is a long wooden dining table at which you can spend the holiday evenings together with good food. This can be prepared in the gorgeous country-house kitchen where you can have breakfast overlooking the garden. The five spacious bedrooms, each with a chic en-suite bathroom, are spread out over the ground floor and upper floor – four are downstairs, one upstairs.

Head out into nature: take advantage of the location of your holiday home for walks or hikes, because the landscape is uniquely beautiful! The nearest town, which you can reach after just 7 km with your hire car, is Llucmajor. Surrounded by almond and apricot groves, the town, where you will find everything for your everyday needs, saw great economic success thanks to shoe production, but farming has also traditionally played an important role. As you stroll through the streets, you will stumble upon interesting buildings such as the San Miguel church on Placa Santa Catalina Tomas, the Baroque monastery San Bonaventura, or the shoemaking monument at the western town gate. A few kilometres outside the city, you can visit the monastery of Santuari de Nostra Senyora de Cura, which offers a fabulous view. For a relaxing day by the sea, its best to drive to the beaches of the Bay of Palma, about 20 km away. Here, you will find something for every taste, from the unspoilt Cala to the family beach with a promenade, as well as lounger and parasol rentals.
