Description

Your first sighting of the villa will bring joy to your heart, as it enchants you not only with its rustic stone facade which is partially covered in vines, but also with its fairy-tale beautiful garden with several palms, and ancient, gnarled trees. But there's more: One of the absolute highlights of this property is the roof terrace from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view, for example across the gently rolling hills of the Serra de Tramuntana. There are plenty of loungers available around the spacious pool area. You will find plenty of shaded areas thanks to the clever design of the house and the abundance of greenery. The terrace with a seating area directly by the barbecue is the perfect place to enjoy the start of the loveliest time of the year with a loved one. Here, you can enjoy the fresh fish you acquired at the market in Port de Pollença. In the background, you can hear the laughter of the children as they enjoy their table tennis tournament. The villa itself exudes fabulous comfort. The interior features a combination of light cream shades combined with plenty of wood. The partially exposed ceiling beams harmonise perfectly with this design. The living area includes a dining space as well as a comfortable sofa corner with a TV and a fireplace where you can enjoy romantic hours together in the evening. With the American-style counter, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and filter coffee maker, the fully equipped kitchen includes everything you may need for self catering. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, while the other two include two single beds – an additional bed is also available. All bedrooms features a simple, rustic design which promises rest and relaxation. In addition, you will find wooden window shutters which you can easily close if you prefer complete darkness while you sleep. You can then delight in letting in the Mediterranean light and the sea breeze the following morning. The two bathrooms in the house also have a friendly and functional design, and one includes a bathtub. This villa is perfect for anyone looking for a holiday surrounded by idyllic nature. At the same time, you won't have to travel far should you fancy a little culture, shopping, or other activities. You can find all this in Alcúdia, which is just 5 km away (not to be confused with the very touristy Port d'Alcúdia). The old town is absolutely worth a visit, as the partially preserved medieval walls and the remains of the Roman theatre offer their own charm. You will be within easy reach of fine, sandy beaches such as the Cala Vicens, which have a comfortable, shallow entry to the sea. The closest beach is only around 700 m from the villa, and thus easily accessible on foot.
