The location is ideal to reach Manerba del Garda (1 km), and the famous thermal baths of Sirmione (25 km) with its charming old town. Furthermore Desenzano (11 km) with its beaches and the main road that runs parallel to the shore road - this part of the historical Piazza Malvezzi ( 16th century) provides more than 1 km of shops, ice cream parlours, bars and restaurants. Desenzano is an ideal starting point for excursions, by boat, to the lively villages of northern Lake Garda as Salò (5 km), Gardone Riviera (8 km) with the Vittoriale degli Italiani, where Gabriele D'Annunzio lived, as well as the bank aside of Verona with Peschiera del Garda (35 km) and its popular amusement parks, Bardolino (40 km) with its famous red wine DOC. Verona is 50 km away, Venice 150 km. In the area you can practice all kinds of water sports such as windsurfing, sailing, diving.
