This lovely holiday home is placed in Zadar's neighborhood of Borik, a quiet residential area close to the sea and popular among tourists who come with families. Only a couple of minutes walk from one of the city's best restaurants (Sime) it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons. Your house consists of a bright living/dining area with balcony access, an open plan kitchen, a bathroom which includes a washing machine and 2 elegant bedrooms. There is a garden in front of the house, a private covered terrace and a gated parking space available for the guests. Nearest beach is only 800 meters down the street where you can also find beach bars and cafes. Closest grocery store, as well as bars and a restaurant are just a few minutes walk away. There is a bus station right around the corner which takes you directly to the city center, Once you finnd yourself in the narrow streets of old town you will encounter a Roman Forum, churches from roman and mediaeval periods as well as little restaurants offering Mediterranean delicacies.
