Description

With its proud name, "Pula One" already reveals a little of the uniqueness of this property, which still impresses us despite our many years of experience. Hidden from view by pine trees (fittingly so, as the nearest town is Costa dels Pins), the villa delights visitors with its elaborately designed outdoor area. The completely secluded pool, decorated in blue mosaic tiles, contributes to this. It is framed by a surrounding lounge area where luxurious, relaxing loungers can be placed in the natural shade or under the parasols. In summer, the two Bali-style daybeds not only tempt you to enjoy a midday siesta, but also offer an attractive spot for a mild summer's night under the starry skies. The terrace is situated just above the pool area. The wicker furniture seems coarse at first glance, but has been elegantly assembled with filigree, comfortable metal outdoor sofas. The two seating areas and the dining table feature natural colours and materials. Even the sunshade consists of airy sails that not only provide shade, but also connect the entire living area with the veranda. This space reveals the simple desire for high-quality living!

The detailed design makes our heart skip a beat – this applies unreservedly to both the outdoor and indoor areas. Light, subtle colours such as warm brown and beige tones, as well as natural materials such as bast, wood, and wicker all combine to create a tasteful furnishing style. Mallorcan elements such as Teixit de Lliggos – a canvas with a pattern reminiscent of flickering flames – can be found on the comfortable sofas. On a white surface printed with the traditional colour of blue, they imbue the living area with a sense of maritime lightness. The adjacent dining area was placed in front of the floor-to-ceiling window elements facing the terrace. The furnishings of the fully-equipped, stone-grey country-house kitchen continue the modern comforts you won't want to do without on your holiday (although you can of course also add treats from the BBQ to your meals). Speaking of comforts: this also applies to the three bedrooms that are complemented by a total of three trendy bathrooms with walk-in showers – meaning you'll benefit from complete privacy, even if you're travelling with another family. Purposefully selected accessories such as lamps, mirrors, and pictures in pictures in a photo wallpaper style complete the expressive ensemble. At "Pula One", even design aficionados won't be left wanting when it comes to the furnishings – but it's best that you see for yourself.

The island's east, which also includes the affluent villa town of Costa dels Pins, is characterised by a fascinating interplay between (partially untouched) sandy beaches and the gentle mountain range of Serra de Llevantes, which doesn't rise above an elevation of 600 m. The gentle hills separate the pretty towns, as is the case with Costa del Pins and Canyamel. Due to the location by the audible country road, you can quickly reach the surrounding little towns, each with their own appeal: medieval Artà with its fortress, pedestrian zone, and good restaurants; the equally venerable Capdepera with its castle plus panoramic view; and the lively coastal town of Cala Ratjada. Water sports, swimming, golfing at one of the surrounding premium courses, or hiking trails along the coastal towns offer plenty of variety in this region with an attractive landscape.
