The village of Loreto, overlooking Arco da Calheta, is a quiet location. The Villa is located on the forward edge of the hillside, and commands breathtaking views over the Ocean.
Here you will feel "The Lord of all you survey".
Madeira enjoys a sub tropical climate, and is an all year round destination. Arco da Calheta enjoys one of the seven micro climates on the island due to its position on the slopes of an extinct volcanic crater. The heat of the sun is trapped within the hillsides. Even in Winter an average daytime temperature is 19c - 23c.
The Villa was constructed in 2012, and enjoys all modern facilities that one would expect from a luxury property.
