The fully-fitted and equipped kitchen has patio doors leading outside to a fabulous covered seating area and a BBQ, ideal for al fresco dining. The dual aspect lounge also has patio doors opening onto the pool area & terraces. There are 3 good-sized bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins – the twin beds can be zipped together to form doubles), with one (twin) bedroom being located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden. On the ground-floor there is a large shower room. The two first-floor bedrooms have patio doors that open onto a south-facing veranda; the first floor bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. The large 50m2 pool (can be heated at extra cost) is surrounded by lovely a garden & ample sun terraces with lots of space for relaxation and games. This location is also a perfect base for exploring the stunning west coast and ‘real’ Portugal or for just enjoying peace and relaxation. Beaches, bars restaurants and a supermarket are all 5-10 minutes’ drive away.

This lovely holiday villa is just over 2 kms from the nearest beach (‘Boca do Rio’), which is midway between the unspoilt fishing villages of Burgau and Salema, both of which boast golden sandy beaches and fine restaurants.

Other stunning beaches just a short drive away are at Ingrina and Zavial to the west, and at the lively resort of Praia da Luz and the historic city of Lagos to the east.

There is a supermarket, bars and restaurants in the village of Budens which is just 1 km away.

The Golf Course at Parque da Floresta is a 5 minute drive from the villa and there are other courses in the Lagos area (20 minutes) including the recently opened course at Espiche (15 minutes drive).
