San Michele Salentino is a short drive from the villa, or hop on bikes provided. The stunning beaches of the Adriatic and Ionian coast are within a 20 - 60-minute drive, respectively, and foodie lovers are within 20 minutes of Ceglie Messapica's Michelin-starred restaurants.

Outdoor Features
Villa Trullo is surrounded by typical maquis shrubland oasis with more than 800 trees: secular olive's, alomond, fig, pomegranite, mulberry, prickly pear, apple, pear, citrus, plum and walnut.

You can admire an old, abandoned Trullo; a traditional apulian stone dwelling with a conical roof, dating back to the proto-historic period and typical of the centre/south of Apulia. They were once used by farmers for their housing and working needs. Some Trulli were used by farmers for their housing and working needs. Some Trulli were used for the storage of agricultural tools, raw clay baskets and pots, and ceraminc containers for oil, wine and cereals. In 1996 the Trulli were declared a world heritage site by UNESCO.

Pool
The cascading, 14x7 swimming pool is decorated entirely with cobalt blue mosaics. The pool has two showers, bathrobes and towels are provided as standard.

In the pool areas there is a relaxation area, with brick couches, pillows, tables and sun umbrellas, where one can relax in the sun and enjoy a cocktail. The outdoor area is equipped with hi-fi stereo and is an ideal venue for exclusive parties.

Just a few metres from the swimming pool there is large Gazebo with a kitchen area, equipped with an oven, a cooker, a dishwasher, an ice maker, a beverage cooler, a bar, and tables ans chairs, in which to prepare and have breakfast, lunch and dinner. For those looking for complete relaxation, a chef is available upon request to satisy all tastes.

#### Location
Villa Trullo is situated in the Salento Countryside, a gorgeously scenic area easily accessible both by air and rail. The property is very close to Ostuni, Ceglie, Messapics and Alberobello and is just 20 minutes away from Brindsi Airport. It is 15 km from the white shores of the Adriatic coast and one hour from the Ionian coast.

Ferry services to the Greek islands from the port of Brindsi are only 20 minutes away. The estate is surrounded by farms where guests are welcome to taste and buy the local produce that makes up traditional, rich Salentino cuisine.

The closest town is San Michele Salentino. It is roughly a three minute drive from the villa.
