Following the curve of the bay are a delightful choice of tavernas , shops and cafe bars to explore, and some quiet alleyways that open onto the flat valley behind the port. the popular pebble beach of Paradisios is tucked away to the west of the village, and unspoilt sandy beaches line the coastal road that leads to Sami; the busy port with ferries to nearby islands such as magical Ithaka or green Lefkas, if a spot of island hopping sounds fun!
