Description

The villa has two terraces overlooking one of the most beautiful gulfs in Sicily. A covered terrace with a nicely furnished relaxation area and rich ornamental plants, facing the Gulf of Capo Zafferano and behind the green of the Monte Catalfano nature reserve. In the second terrace you can enjoy complete privacy and quiet, surrounded by greenery, equipped with all comforts to spend your holiday in complete relaxation (barbecue area, table with umbrella, deckchair, outdoor shower), the terrace overlooks saffron head and on the small basin of the "three pools", all around a suggestive vegetation and succulents. The colors of dawn and sunsets spent in these places will be unforgettable, Capo Zafferano is tinged with pink and the seagulls return. The breathtaking view can also be enjoyed inside, from the bright living room and the kitchen, just look around for the feeling of being suspended in the blue. The house offers a large living room with fireplace, dining area and sitting area with a large window overlooking the sea, connected to both terraces, built-in kitchen decorated with colorful majolica made by local craftsmen (complete with 4 burner stove, electric oven, oven microwave and fridge), two bedrooms, one double and one bedroom with three single beds (with possibility to make it double) and a large bathroom with washing machine and tempered glass shower. The house is tastefully furnished with a fresh style and attention to detail. All rooms (including living room) equipped with air conditioning and heating system to ensure maximum comfort even for those who choose to visit us in autumn and winter.

Guest access

The villa is located in a very quiet, quiet area surrounded by the typical Mediterranean vegetation. The entrance is from the main street, that is Via Francesco Paolo Perez (Bagheria) on the border with Via Litoranea (Santa Flavia), from here to steep private road leading to the house boulevard with parking spaces for exclusive use. A few steps from the sea, the coast is full of small basins, each one is different from the other; the sea is crystalline. An experience that we absolutely recommend you do for the lighthouse of Cape Saffron. The residence is also ideal for discovering the "Sicilian treasures". In the immediate vicinity, the archaeological site of Solunto, the seaside village of Aspra with its museum of anchovy, St. Elias and Porticello renowned for the fish market, Bagheria, the city of the eighteenth-century villas, Museum of Renato Guttuso, the winery of the Duke of Salaparuta in Casteldaccia and then just 15 minutes by car to Palermo with its Arabian-Norman route and the endless wonders that this city hides. The owners will be able to discover the hidden treasures of the territory. The Villa awaits you, from here Sicily has never been more beautiful!
