The large terrace is located between the villa and the beach. Step directly into the Mediterranean on the terrace, where you can relax and enjoy your unforgettable holiday on your own private sunbeds, on your private terrace, as well as on your almost private Mediterranean beach. The villa consists of two floors. Downstairs a sheltered terrace with an outdoor BBQ kitchen and a wellness center with a bubble bath and a sauna. Two bedrooms with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. Top floor - at beach level - spacious terrace at the front of the beach, the open living and dining room and the open kitchen with cooking island and breathtaking sea views. A large bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a private terrace where you can enjoy the late afternoon sun. Next to the master bedroom en suite, you will find the second bedroom with 2 single beds with its own bathroom. Denia is a beautiful old Spanish city with a lot of history. You can enjoy delicious tapas in the authentic streets of the historic center. The modern harbor has the most trendy eateries and clubs. Denia is located on the protected nature reserve of the Montgó, as a nature lover you can take beautiful walks here. You can also play golf to your heart's content and you can do water sports: from kite surfing to a boat trip at sunset… everything is possible! So if you tire of lounging on the beach, there is plenty to do! Delicious refreshments are ready upon arrival! There is also the possibility to book all kinds of services such as shopping service on arrival, cleaning in between, pick up service from the airport, private dinner parties with a chef, golf, horse riding, kite surfing, bicycle rental.

• For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
• Concerning COVID-19: Guests for this holiday home are only accepted if they can comply with the COVID-restrictions and requirements as implemented by the local government. Please do check the restrictions again shortly before departure as the COVID-restrictions change over time.
• It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
