Ideal destination for summer holiday in the countryside and near the sea. Beautiful newly built villa with swimming pool for the family, up to 6 people. The holiday villa Villa Paris, consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a large, spacious living room with sofa, TV, fireplace, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom. All rooms on the ground floor have access to a large covered terrace with garden furniture overlooking the pool and the beautifully landscaped garden with Mediterranean plants. The garden has an area of 600 m2. On the second floor of the house there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. One of the rooms has a balcony. The villa is ideal for a relaxing family holiday. All additional costs are included in the cost of the lease, including Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and car parking.!
