Your villa is located on a large estate measuring approximately 5,000 m², on which a true holiday oasis has been created. The tropical garden is especially beautiful with tall palm trees which gently sway in the wind, orange trees that bear glowing fruit, and a vast view from the plains all the way to the Tramuntana mountains. Who wouldn't start daydreaming here? A 12 x 6 m pool provides fun swimming and offers welcome refreshment. The pool area is equipped with comfortable sun loungers, where you can relax wonderfully under large parasols. In total, your villa has six bedrooms for two people each as well as five bathrooms, three of which are en-suite. Each of the bedrooms is fully air-conditioned and equipped with its own TV. The leather capital is Mallorca's third largest city and just as well known for its many rustic cellar restaurants that serve traditional regional dishes and regional wines. The location at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains offers diverse options for hiking or cycling tours through untouched nature and the surrounding small villages, some of which offer a very authentic charm. Palma or the picturesque bay of Alcúdia can easily be reached via the MA-13, which is audible depending on the direction of the wind. Since the buses and trains run frequently, many of the island's hot spots are also within easy reach from/to Inca without a car.
