This is a magnificent 4-bedroom villa in Tinjan. It's located near an oak forest and is not far from Porec and its beaches. It is perfect for two families. Porec is 18 km away and its beaches are perfect for sunbathing and swimming and also offer boating and water sports opportunities. The city has a tennis court and you can even go to a Go-kart circuit 22 km away. Restaurants and a supermarket are 4 km away and there's a tavern 6 km from here. The home has a well-maintained garden, a private swimming pool with hydromassage and sun loungers, an outdoor shower, two spacious covered terraces with garden furniture, a children’s playground and a barbecue.
