This detached holiday home located 5 km from Corigliano, in the province of Cosenza, is surrounded by 20,000 m² of fenced garden, immersed in the green woods between the Silano massif and the Ionian Sea, with a splendid view of the sea and the valley. Enjoy your relaxing holiday discovering the beauty of nature and the culture of this area. The outside space in front of the house offers an open veranda with table, chairs and barbecue, ideal for relaxing and pleasant outdoor meals. This accommodation is on the three levels. The ground floor comprises a living room, a reading room with fireplace, a kitchen and a bathroom, while the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first and second floors. The second floor is an attic floor (height from 1.88 m to 2.50 m) and has a small sun terrace where you can sunbathe in complete privacy. Its location is ideal for visiting the area rich in history and natural beauty, such as the historic center of Corigliano, perched on a hill, with its magnificent Ducal Castle, one of the most beautiful in Italy, which with its frescoed ceilings, hall of mirrors and period furnishings is one of the main attractions of the ancient village. The beach is at 13 km from here, with bars, shops and restaurants and various tourist and beach services. Worth visiting are the Sibari Lakes, the Sibarite thermal baths with their sulphurous water springs and mud treatments, the archaeological excavations of Sibari with the Sibaritide National Archaeological Museum with testimonies of ancient civilizations. Mountain and wild nature lovers can discover the beauties of the Sila National Park, a mountain area with peaks of about 2000 m, rich in forests, lakes and wildlife. Four-legged animals are welcome.
