Are you looking for exclusivity and relaxation away from the crowds? Then look no further, because the villa "Viduleto" is just what you need! Just 40 minutes away by car from the airport, the luxury country house, newly constructed in 2018, offers first-rate holiday comforts. The natural-stone villa is surrounded by a spacious outdoor area that will trigger many happy "Ahs" and "Ohs" on arrival. There's enough space for the vehicles of all villa guests on the gravel parking lot. Passing the house on the right, you will hear the first "Ah": when gazing at a wonderful carob tree. Under its shade, an outdoor kitchen with a modern BBQ and a solid wooden table invites you to cosy dinners. On to the impressive pool area. Framed by a wide lawn and a tiled veranda, you can swim a few refreshing laps and indulge in high-spirited swimming fun. You will then find relaxation and rest on comfortable sun loungers. Two further "Ohs" appear in the form of the adjoining beach volleyball field and a bowls area where you can throw a ball or two.

The interior of this special residence is equally impressive. On 289 m² of living space and two exclusively furnished levels, up to 8 people can easily be accommodated and leave everyday life behind on their well-deserved holiday. The many, large windows let in plenty of island light. Together with the brightly painted walls and ceilings, this gives all the rooms a pleasant clarity. Underfloor heating ensures cosy warmth on cooler days throughout the entire house. The ground floor welcomes guests with an extended, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. Inviting and exquisite couch elements, a fireplace, an elegant eating area, and the state-of-the-art kitchen with a free-standing cooking island are just a few highlights of this first level. A barrier-free bedroom is also located on the ground floor, three more can be found on the upper floor. All bedrooms have a TV, en-suite bathroom, and access to the terrace. The cherry on top is the master bedroom on the upper storey, with its free-standing king-size bed (2.10 x 1.80 m), a walk-in wardrobe, a fantastically large bathroom (including a bathtub and separate shower), as well as a sauna with a large window from which you have a fabulous view.

The villa is located just over 2 km south of Felanitx. You can reach the relaxed town in just a few minutes by car along the Ma-14, which can be heard in the distance depending on the wind. You can also walk along Carrer de Santanyí to reach Felanitx in about half an hour. Every Sunday, a visit to the colourful weekly market is always worth a trip. There is also plenty to see in the nearby surroundings. Just a few kilometres to the east, you will come across the Puig de Sant Salvador with the eponymous monastery. About a half hour in the car will take you to the southernmost point of the island, Cap de Ses Salines. From here, two beautiful hiking paths lead to the gorgeous beaches Cala Marmols (about a two-hour round trip) and Es Caragol (about one hour), which can only be reached on foot or by boat. The island's capital of Palma with its numerous highlights is about an hour's drive away. The trip to the large bays in the north of Mallorca takes about the same amount of time, so that holidaymakers with an adventurous spirit can easily explore the entire island from the villa "Viduleto".
