The ground-level natural-stone house is located on a beautifully green, lovingly landscaped estate and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding fields and mountains in the distance. Behind the house there is not only a covered terrace with dining table, chairs and comfortable outdoor furniture, but also a large, shallow pool with integrated Jacuzzi and a pleasantly sounding, stylish waterfall. Here, you can really pamper yourself in absolute privacy and have a well-deserved siesta after a refreshing dip in the cool water, enjoy a well-deserved siesta on one of the inviting sun loungers. When you then glance over your sunglasses, still sleepy, all you will see are the impressive, tall palm trees planted on the long side of the pool – a dream!

And the same applies for the interior: Arrive and feel at home is the holiday mantra here. The interior is consistently designed in a bright, fresh, and classic style. White and cream-coloured walls alternate with rustic natural-stone walls, complemented by lovely dark-brown wooden beams on the ceilings. A particularly great feature of the exceptionally well-kept villa is that it was constructed on one level. Nobody has to climb stairs here - which can be a huge relief, especially with children, but also for everyone else. In the open and spacious dining and living area, you can either sit at the sleek, modern wooden table with chic chairs and enjoy a relaxed meal together, or settle down into the elegant leather armchairs or the matching sofa and enjoy a thriller on television with a glass of wine. You can also sit at the stylish glass table with the partially transparent chairs in the kitchen, which is equipped with high-quality appliances and a large refrigerator. And if you are tired, you can simply retreat to one of the three stylish double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. The residents of the other two bedrooms share another generously sized bathroom.

Your villa "Vinroma" is surrounded by a beautiful landscape that is typical for the north of the island. It is located in the middle of the so-called "vegetable basket" of Mallorca, in a particularly green, fertile plain. Enjoy a few relaxed discovery walks or a bike ride through nature, always including the outstanding view of the mountains in the distance. The village centre of Muro can also be easily reached on foot – meaning you have plenty of shopping options, restaurants, and cafes at your doorstep. Muro has been spared from mass tourism and is rustic - in the best sense of the word - little Mallorcan town that boasts narrow streets, pretty sandstone houses, and a museum worth visiting, the Museo Museu Etnologico de Muro. Here, you can learn a lot about rural life on the island over the centuries and marvel at exhibits ranging from crafts to musical instruments. If you prefer to go to the beach, just drive about 11 km to the Bay of Alcúdia, where you will find a fine, white sandy beach and green dunes.
