Description
The typical Tuscan house stands in panoramic position on the hills of the Valdichiana region. The building is situated 1 kilometre from the historical centre of the medieval town of Monte San Savino. In the olive grove that surrounds the house lies the swimming pool. From the pool it opens an gorgeous panorama .

The house (200 m² - 6+3sleeping accommodations) spreads out over two storeys and composes of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms 1 kitcken with dinning room and 1 living room.The living room has a sofa bed for 2 person. Both living room and dinning room feature a working fireplace.
Ground floor: equipped kitchen with dinning room, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, 1 bathroom with shower.
First floor: 1 bathroom with bathtub, 2 double-bedded rooms, 1 bathroom ensuite with shower,living room with sofa bed. The first floor features also an external entrance with a small terrace.

The pool is shared with the owner that live in the house next door. The owner respect your privacy and use the pool when you don t use it.
