Description

The recently restored Villa La Fratta is situated on one of the most beautiful hills around Montepulciano. Located on a farm producing world-famous Vino Nobile, the villa has breath-taking views of the valley below.
The wine is vinified, bottled and cellared in a cantina located just below the villa where guests have the opportunity to sample the wine and olive oil produced on the farm.
The villa is elegant with very high quality furnishings creating a sophisticated air. All 5 bedrooms have en-suites and the communal areas are large providing plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax.
Outside, a large swimming pool provides a fantastic spot for catching the sun and relaxing with plenty of sun beds.

A short drive away…
Montepulciano (5.6 km) is a wine town most well-known producing robust Vino Nobile. It sits high on a hill with impressive views over the Val di Chiana and Val d'Orcia. Every August Montepulciano hosts the Calici di Stelle market, with local vendors lining the streets showcasing wines of the region, traditional dishes and art by great contemporary artists.
Chianciano Terme (7.3 km) offers visitors rejuvenating thermal spas and natural pools, the ultimate in pampering day trips.
Torita di Siena (16.6 km) is a 12th century walled village with four gates opening onto the old town centre. From here you can follow the well-worn Vin Santo path, a 7 km nature trail which leads to Montefollonico, the main place it is produced.
