This mediaeval property located 1 km from Badia Agnano perfectly incorporates both modern and traditional elements. The old mill was originally built in the12th century and is divided into two large self-contained apartments with private entrances. The old converted mill (400 m²) offers nine bedrooms; whilst the newer one (200 m²) offers three bedrooms, still including the old mill stones. The house was nicely renovated and restored to its former glory its very large size makes it the prefect base for groups, larger families of friends that are looking after a greater level of privacy.The grounds are equally charming and have been very well looked after. The property has a lovely gazebo and plenty of [parasols that are both decorative and extremely useful. For those who enjoy the traditional Italian pizza there is even a real wood burning oven. There is space for 25 people in the dining room and on the terrace. There is also a game room with billiard table.
