Description

Casa Avet is a beautiful, “wooden” house perched amongst the trees in the housing development of Aiguaviva Park. From the moment you approach there is an air of romance and charm to this unique property that makes it almost impossible not to relax. The location is fantastic, just 9km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and its beautiful beaches – although we imagine it'll be hard to draw yourself away from this serene property!

The villa itself offers a warm wooden exterior which softly blends with the evergreen backdrop of trees, giving the image of a tranquil cabin in the woods! The doors from the terrace open into a huge open plan living space, with a vast double height ceiling and plenty of windows filling the room with light. Large house plants bring the greenery of the trees within the villa walls and exposed beams and wooden clad ceilings emanate the warmth of the wooden exterior. You can nestle into the cosy sofas at the centre of the room or gather around the dining table for an evening meal with your loved ones. The welcoming ambience of this property is evident in every nook and cranny, with plenty of quirky features adding to the unique style! The modern kitchen is fully equipped, offering everything you need to enjoy home cooking, with the hardest decision being whether to eat inside or out!

Downstairs there are two bedrooms; a double and a twin room. Upstairs you will find another double bedroom with its own en-suite, and a second living room on the mezzanine with a single bed. Adopting the same warm and cosy atmosphere as the rest of the house, the bedrooms each offer a tranquil retreat to enjoy some time alone or as a couple.

Outside, Casa Avet makes the most of its picturesque surroundings. Looking towards the villa from where you drive in, the villa feels secluded and private, so as you relax on the sun loungers looking out across the trees, you can relish in the peaceful setting. Bordering the pool, you can hop in and out from the loungers, cooling off as you please. A beautiful dining area has been arranged to the side of the house, with a barbecue for your use, but our favourite spot in the villa is the hanging chair suspended from Casa Avet's roof; the perfect spot to read your book and relax!

#### Location
Casa Avet is located in the quiet residential area of Aiguaviva Parc. Offering some peace and tranquillity away from the busy tourist towns, this is the perfect retreat, an idyllic location with all the amenities and attractions of the Costa Brava coastline nearby! The nearby town of Lloret de Mar is only 9km away and offers all the amenities you may need during your stay. It is easily accessed by car or public transport.

As you arrive, a driveway leads down from the road to Casa Avet. Bordered by trees the villa itself feels quite private and as you look towards the house there are no other properties in sight. There are other neighbouring properties nearby that you will drive past on your way in and some sound may travel, but the area is generally quiet and very safe.

Girona is renowned for its rich history, delicious food and heart-warming music and as you travel around, there is certainly no shortage of culture in this part of the world! Lloret de Mar itself has become famous for its vibrant night life and music scene; the streets alive with the echo of Spanish guitar, particularly in the summer months! You can amble the old streets, stumbling upon quaint tapas bars and lively restaurants, delving into the amazing culinary scene of tapas, paellas and seafood all best accompanied with a glass or two of local wine! The bustling beachfront restaurants are popular with tourists, offering fantastic views and crowd-pleasing menus, whilst the quieter eateries a little further from the beach offer a more authentic experience.

During the busy summer months, Lloret de Mar is busy with festivities, from theatre shows and concerts to street festivals and craft markets. You can pre-book tickets to avoid missing out, but either way the energetic atmosphere is something you must experience!

Daytime sees the coastline's beaches come alive, with sunbathers, swimming and water sport enthusiasts! You can drive from beach to beach, or even take a boat trip, discovering quiet coves and hidden shores that can only be accessed from the Sea. For a trip a little further afield, you can visit the world-renowned city of Barcelona, about an hour's drive from Casa Avet. The enchanting Gaudi architecture will guide you through the city, with the chance to visit La Sagrada Familia and Park Guell!
