This - We Love Villas Spain - holiday villa has its own private swimming pool, a huge piece of land and a very spacious terrace, giving you a lot of privacy. The villa is ideal for a quiet and relaxing stay in the Spanish sun for the whole family. The villa is located close to the towns of Callosa and Altea, at the foot of a beautiful nature reserve with breathtaking views.
THE OUTDOOR LIFE OF VILLA MARECHAL
From the villa you have a covered terrace with a large dining table from which you have a beautiful view over the valley with fruit trees and the imposing mountains in the background. The terrace of over 800 m2 and the garden around the house of no less than 4000 m2 therefore offers plenty of privacy and is completely closed.
Around the beautiful swimming pool with waterfall and separate toddler pool you can fully enjoy the sunbeds, umbrellas and a canopy has been thought of for when you want to get out of the sun. The large outdoor shower is of course also not missing to cool off.
There are also plenty of perfect spots around this holiday home for breakfast or a cup of coffee. The outdoor kitchen can be closed completely with glass and has a large 8-person dining table, pizza oven and large barbecue. This is a great place to bake pizza with the children or enjoy the great view with a glass of wine. The villa has space for parking 6 cars.

THE AREA SURROUNDING VILLA MARECHAL
The cozy town of Altea with its beautiful beaches is less than a 10-minute drive away and is also easily accessible by bicycle via a beautiful nature route. You can rent bicycles nearby. The old town of Altea is well worth a visit with its many cozy little streets and many restaurants. The views from here towards the Jalon Valley and Calpe are beautiful. A visit to the mountain village of Guadalest is definitely recommended and is a short drive from the villa.
