There is also a guest toilet next to the main entrance. All bedrooms on the ground level and the gym have their own access to the garden.

An additional fourth bedroom has separate entrance by stairs, nice sunset view and a super king size bed.

The property is very private, surrounded by fences. The garden and pool area are serviced by a gardener twice a week. In addition to that, the property also includes private parking space and a garage for two cars.
