Villa Amanda is a great five bedroom, five bathroom family villa just a stone’s throw from Las Marinas beach in Denia. As well as the beautiful beach, there is also a supermarket and a selection of restaurants to choose from all within walking distance, we believe you’ll love this car optional villa – new to our programme for 2020.
The location could not be more convenient and the villa itself ticks all the boxes for that amazing family holiday. The spacious and stylishly decorated living / dining area boasts two sets of patio doors leading out to the shaded terrace, sunlit garden and private pool. You also have a large kitchen with access onto the terrace – ideal for all the barbecuing you will be doing. This villa offers plenty of space for sunbathing, alfresco dining and games in the pool and surrounding garden. The master bedroom is on the first floor and offers a little bit of a funky design with its split level leading up to the sunken bath and W/C facilities, all contained within the room itself. From the master you can also enjoy the huge terrace overlooking the pool, ideal for a morning cup of coffee before a busy day of sight-seeing. You have two further bedrooms up here and two downstairs off the lounge, all with access to their own bathroom.
