===== Exterior =====



Old renovated farmhouse, nestled among the green countryside of the Val Metauro, between vineyards and medieval castles, 20 km from the sea. It is equipped with a swimming pool, energy recycling facilities and also has a small Spa. An ideal refuge for groups of families or friends.

On the ground floor there are two entrances, one for the kitchen and one for the living room, ideal for different types of common activities, in which there is a large bathroom with a bathtub.

On the first floor we have on the right side of the central staircase a cozy living room with a warm-colored fireplace and library space, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the left side of the staircase instead there is a small apartment with 2 other double bedrooms and a bathroom, a mezzanine with two beds, a living room with fireplace and a large sun terrace. Ideal for 12 people.

Outside on the back the house enjoys a space to play or do yoga and a small house open to the panorama with a wood-burning oven, an outdoor kitchenette and space for outdoor dining.

The pool is at the end of the garden.

A large fenced parking lot will be at your disposal.

The entrance to the house consists of a rather steep unpaved descent.



- Attractions: The uniqueness of the place is the hilly landscape, the tranquility and the beauty of the surrounding architecture, such as the Rocca di Mondavio at 2 km and the medieval villages all around.

In the Marche, in the province of Pesaro and Urbino, Mondavio is counted among the most beautiful villages in Italy. It stands on a hill, 20 kilometers from the sea, and seeing it is like taking a leap into a distant past.

Dominated by the Rocca, the village was once surrounded by a large city wall, of which today only one of the three entrance doors has survived

The Rocca di Mondavio was built to adapt the defense systems to the discovery of gunpowder, although it never received or fired a shot. On the semi-elliptical nougat it is still possible to see the catapult, while the torricino next to it houses the Museum of Historical Re-enactment.

There is the small Apollo theater in liberty style, whose renovation has brought to life the splendid frescoes, while Palazzo Giorgi Pierfranceschi connects Piazza della Rovere and Piazza del Municipio with its Renaissance lines, on which the church faces from the façade in ancient red brick and the cloister of San Francesco (which, on the ground floor, houses the Civic Museum).

Not far from the village, you can admire the small 16th century church of Santa Maria delle Querce, also rich in frescoes, and the hilltop hamlet of Sant'Andrea di Suasa, a medieval walled castle where the Benedictine monks gathered the population that lived in the countryside. But the surroundings all, with their hills, churches and castles, deserve to be explored. Before leaving for a sea that, from Mondavio, is very little.
