Sant Llorenc is a coastal community located in the north-east of Mallorca featuring numerous sandy beaches. The Calas de Mallorca beaches begin right here like a string of pearls stretching along Mallorca's eastern coast. Some of these bays are still completely untouched and offer an exceptional swimming experience. The house is not far from the coast, and as a result offers fantastic views of it. The elevated position of the property is especially convenient in this regard.
The picturesque house is constructed on a small hill extending from the Llevant mountains. Here you can experience Mallorca absolutely peacefully, naturally, and, above all, tranquilly. The 15,000 m² estate contains many plants and trees typical for the island, which gives the location an ambience that is relaxed and idyllic. The nature here is particularly lush, colourful, and extremely attractive in spring, and especially when the almond trees are blossoming. The outdoor area adds on to the spacious living area in the villa with numerous garden terraces, a rooftop terrace, and a poolside terrace, meaning that you can spread out wonderfully during your stay both inside and outside. These inviting, beautifully furnished outdoor areas are partially covered, yet there are also sun shades to provide much-needed shade on warm summer days. The poolside and house terraces are connected to each other via an imposing set of stone stairs. Part of the surrounding estate is laid out as a garden and looks particularly manicured and attractive. There are also several divine lawns which you can choose to use for relaxation under the sun or as a play area for any accompanying children. The ancient trees ensure that there is always breezy, natural shade for indulgent hours of outdoor relaxation. Equipped with a good book and cool beverage, you will be sure to enjoy these spots around the property.

The interior of the two-storey - and bu the way, refurnished in 2019 - house will welcome you with its bright, aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. The carefully selected colours and materials balance each other out, creating a beautiful harmony, delivering the occasional eye-catching feature, and giving the rooms in the house their own individual charm. The interior of the house has been designed to be open-plan so that the expanse of the outdoors also continues when inside, allowing you lots of room to move. The decoration comes across as modern and has an original splash of minimalism about it. There is, for example, a simple and discreet fireplace that acts as a very nice addition, particularly during the cold season where it provides a cosy warmth to the house. The living and dining area stretching out from the kitchen forms the heart of the house and will most probably turn out to be your headquarters when spending time inside. Relax on the divinely comfortable settee and enjoy the finest view of the outdoors or entertain yourself with a great film on the television. The antique dining table standing next to it is the perfect place for elegant indoor meals together, with the floor-length window letting you savour a view of the green outdoors at the same time. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine, and more, while also so spacious that you can prepare meals with your fellow guests. Perhaps you might feel the desire to try your hand at preparing a classic Spanish recipe?
The house has a total of three double bedrooms on offer (bed sizes: 2 x 0.9 x 1.9 m, 1 x 1.8 x 2 m, and 1 x 1.6 x 2 m), each featuring their own bathroom so that you can enjoy a high degree of privacy. Each of these rooms has also been strikingly decorated, with every guest bound to find their favourite relaxation spot. The aesthetic ambience continues into the bathrooms in line with the villa's overall design concept, offering sufficient space for all accompanying guests on top of an elegant design.

Attractive destinations near the villa include Manacor (12 km) and Artà (14 km). In both towns you can find everything for your day-to-day needs. A great choice of restaurants with highly recommended Mallorquin cuisine is also available. The beaches in the island's eastern region, including Porto Christo, Sa Marjal, and Sa Coma, are each approximately 15 kilometres from the villa. Cala Rajada in the north-east is about 25 kilometres away.
