Set on the peaceful rolling hills below the village Prazeres, overlooking the sea, Quinta Inácia is a lovely new complex of apartments in Madeira with 3 Studios, the refurbished Old Cottage, and a lovely heated swimming pool.

As you enter the air conditioned very spacious and beautifully decorated L-shaped Sunflower Studio, the modern large kitchenette is on the right and opens to the living area with sofa-bed and dining table.
The bedroom area is to the right, off which can be found the contemporary shower room.
Patio doors lead to a private veranda that occupies the front of the studio, with table and two chairs and a portable barbecue.

The shared heated swimming pool is found on an open lower level, surrounded by a deck and lawn, with wonderful views over the countryside to the sea. Here you will find a lovely covered seating area, as well as shower and toilet facilities.

There are many walks around Prazeres and easy access to the plateau of Paul da Serra, with its many levada walks, makes Quinta Inácia perfectly located for walking in Madeira and for enjoying a lovely holiday surrounded by the beautiful Madeira countryside.

The rental value varies with the number of people occupying the property, so please ensure you enter the correct dates, number of adults, children and infants. Please note that supplements apply should additional people join you for any length of time.
To secure your reservation, a deposit of 100€ is required, or the full amount if within 8 weeks or arrival. Should you cancel up to 8 weeks prior to arrival only the deposit is non-refundable, and within this period the full amount.
