So everyone can find their perfect spot according to their preferences for sun or shade and their individual need for retreat.

The interior of this villa in Mallorca is also characterised by a lot of charm and an all-round friendly style. The rooms are wonderfully flooded with light and decorated with tasteful modern furniture, lovingly arranged decorations and cheerful colour accents. Simply to feel good! There is an elegant entrance area and to the right of it two cosy double bedrooms as well as a bathroom, plus a bedroom for two with the luxury of an en suite bathroom. To the left is the large living room, which is open to the cool red and white high-gloss kitchen, which in turn is equipped with a cooking island and large dining table. From here, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, there is a beautiful view of the mountains and the pool close to the house. We think: a really great domicile for all those who value style and modernity and want this mix to be conveniently located in terms of infrastructure and close to the sea.
