Steps lead up to the inviting swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace including a lovely covered area which is the perfect spot to relax by the private pool. Magnificent views of the sea, Cavtat, the old town of Dubrovnik and the Bay of Župa can be admired from the bedroom and lounge balconies. In addition to the main villa from 20th May 2023 there is also included a brand new annex, with its own lounge, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom. This annex has patio doors as well as its own terrace. It is furnished elegantly in cream and pastel shades.
