The beautiful estate of the villa "Arbor", which welcomes its guests into an equally natural and well-kept ambience, is reached by a quaint rural road. Mediterranean vegetation and extensive terraced areas play a key role in characterising the image of the outdoor area and immediately convey a feeling of cosiness and relaxation. Inviting furniture for relaxing or for eating meals is available on the open- and covered terrace areas. When the weather is nice, you can easily dine outside at any time of the day and take in the fantastic views from here into the distance whilst enjoying breakfast. The enourmous, 11m-long pool varies in depth between 0.3 and 1.8 m. Here you can soak up the sun on the modern sun loungers all day long. This outdoor area also provides great views towards the island's interior. On the lawn area beside pool, there are trees offering shade for you to lie under whilst benefiting from a pleasant breeze. The carport has been uniquely converted into an outdoor kitchen with coal-burning stove. Here you can celebrate evening BBQs and savour delightful regional produce in good company. The nearest road is only the villa path that leads to another neighbour. There is some sound to be heard when someone passes along this street. Beside that though, a complete sense of peace and quiet reigns supreme here.

The ground-floor interior of the house is presented in a cheerful and elegant style. Bright walls and terracotta-coloured tiles harmoniously frame the cosy furniture, lighting and decor. In the right half of the house are the four bedrooms and the bathrooms, to the left of the entrance is a spacious living/dining room as well as a separate kitchen with dining table. At the front of the house is the covered terrace with a view over the pool. The Couch area features two super-comfortable sofas that are a delight to relax into. On cool evenings, you can create an added sense of homeliness with the help of an open fire. The television with satellite reception provides entertainment when required. The round brick-built arches here ensure an quaint, individual atmosphere. At the dining table next door, you can all dine indoors together. The kitchen is conveniently situated right next to it, so you do not have to go long distances with your food. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly require to cater for your daily needs, including a kettle, an espresso machine and a filter coffee machine. The four bedrooms display a homely design. Consciously, these rooms were left free of unnecessary adornments, so that these rooms exude a resting effect. You can find restful sleep in comfortable beds, two of which measure 1.50x1.90m and the other two of which measure 2.00x2.00. Mosquito nets are provided and can be used if required. The two naturally-lit bathrooms are spacious and each equipped with a shower or bathtub. Ironing facilities and hair dryers are provided on site.

The centre of Manacor is only a 5-minute drive away. The weekly market takes place there every Monday and provides you with the chance to buy fresh regional produce. A few beaches nearby are real insider tips and are free of development. Porto Cristo is approximately 14 km away. There you will find a beautiful beach with shallow access into the sea. There is also an attractive promenade here. After a fulfilling day of activities, you can return to the magnificent idyll of your villa "Arbor" and see out the day in whichever way you desire.
