The villa is in a delightful position between Tuscany and Umbria and is surrounded by woods and the green hills which characterize that part of the Val Tiberina. It is an ideal choice for those who desire a vacation in the freshness of nature, surrounded by characteristic villages like Monerchi, Sansepolcro, Caprese Michelangiolo and Anghiari. With it\'s 6 ensuite bedrooms, the Villa Tiberina is perfect for 12 guests. The villa has modern bathrooms and a well appointed kitchen without losing the sensation of living in the past. It has stone walls, faces the sun, and has a fantastic view of the valley.This splendid stone villa is surrounded by a large and well looked after garden where you can eat in the shade of centuries old trees. A characteristic and intimate corner of the villa is the pergola where you can relax with an aperitif, a good book and enjoy the lovely view. The villa has a delightful pool which is open from May 1 to October 1. There is also a changing room and an external shower. The villa offers complete privacy and is surrounded by closed in grounds and the owner will take care of everything necessary to permit a good holiday.The villa, which has WiFi and air conditioning, was renovated a few years ago and has retained its original characteristic architecture with beams and the floors and walls in stone.The interior decorating is original and elegant country chic with all modern comforts. The residence is a warm, protecting and comfortable nests for family reunions, in which everyone can feel at home and enjoy being together but at the same time, find privacy.The villa is over 400 square meters and can accommodate 12 guests. There are three main levels including the ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor. Ground Floor:The entrance leads you to a charming living area with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a WC with a washing machine, and a breakfast area.
The large living room has satellite TV, comfortable furniture and fireplace. From the living room there is a beautiful view of the countryside. There is also a veranda with chairs.
On this floor there is one double bedroom with air conditioning and private bathroom with shower. 1st Floor:The master suite has a fireplace and ensuite bathroom with shower and tub. There is AC and a sitting area that is shared with the second bedroom on this floor.
The second bedroom on this floor is also a double bedroom with private bathroom.
The third bedroom also has a private bathroom with shower and tub and AC.2nd Floor:
There is a spacious living area with comfortable furniture, television and AC. There is also a small kitchen with oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dining area. This floor has two more double bedrooms with bathrooms and AC.The garden is fenced so small pets are welcome (up to two). There is parking for up to 6 cars.
There is a shower and changing room next to the pool for your convenience. Baby bed and high chair available at villa.Guests will find an iron, ironing board and hair dryers in all of the bathrooms. A lovely golf course and tennis courts are less than 30 minutes from the villa. Distances:The villa is 6kms from Monterchi (3kms by the dirt road) with shops of all kinds, 17kms to Anghiari, 35kms to Arezzo, 48 to Cortona, 95 to Siena, 110 to Florence and 150 to San gimignano.
