The Cas Pomer estate is an authentic Majorcan century house that has been lovingly restored to become a villa with all the comforts of contemporary living, set in a unique natural environment, very quiet, in the center of the island but scarce Minutes from all the beaches of Mallorca.

Cas Pomer has 3 bright rooms with exterior view, 2 bathrooms, a bright swimming pool with hammocks and outdoor furniture, gardens and native nature around the villa. This property is ideal for those families and couples looking for that authentic and essential Majorca, who want to enjoy Nature, relax the interior of the island and that can move in a few minutes to any place of the island.

Cas Pomer is located in a valley of Costitx. It is accessed via a road that leads to the villa. From the first moment we were surprised the location as much as the traditional construction of the house. You can park right in front of the house and its exquisite facade.

Immediately we find on the right the pool area surrounded by hammocks, chill out area and Barbecue among the native flora of the island. The perfect place where children will enjoy the water as much as the parents.

The house is built in two heights. We enter directly into the living room and into the sofa area. There you will find the satellite TV and the WIFI router. There, on the ground floor we have a twin room with two beds of 190x80.

Also on the ground floor we find a restored kitchen of the original. Currently the kitchen is modern and has all appliances. In the kitchen is the dining room with space for 6 people and there a large pantry next to the family bathroom on the ground floor.

From the kitchen go up the stairs to the upper level where we immediately find a twin room on the left with two beds 90 x 190 and the family bathroom on the first floor.

Another surprise of Cas Pomer is the second room on the first floor. It is spacious, attic, with two single beds placed together, windows overlooking the countryside and sofas area inside the room.

The rooms on the first floor have air conditioning and heating.

The house is located in a very quiet area, ideal for hiking, cycling or running on the different trails nearby. The house is only 2 km from Costitx, a small village where there are some restaurants, cafes, pastry shops, a bank and a small supermarket. One of the charms of Costitx are its archaeological remains such as Son Corró, a Talayotic archaeological site, as well as the Astronomical Observatory of Costitx, the first of Mallorca, is also a must.

The nearest town is Inca, located 15 minutes by car and has all the possible amenities. The house is only 30 minutes drive from the bay of Alcúdia and 35 minutes drive from Palma.
