On the lower level, there is a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen (very high standard), a laundry room/WC and a dining area. Stairs lead to the upper floor with an elegant double bedroom (separated by a glass wall) with its own bathroom with bathtub, and another single bed overlooking the beautiful living room. At the rear of the house, there is also an outside patio with a dining table and chairs, which gives access, via a spiral staircase, to another double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
