The facilities include: 1 master bedroom and a further 2 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, a fully equipped open-air kitchen, a living room and a separate shower room for those coming from a dip in the pool.

Master Bedroom (2 adults): Exceptionally bright and spacious (45m2) with a panoramic view. You’ll find a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, luxuriously-appointed bathroom with twin wash basins and a shower.

Bedroom No2 (2 adults): Bright and spacious (17m2), with a built-in double bed, bathroom with shower, a free-standing wardrobe, crystal chandelier and a wonderful view to the east.

Bedroom No3 (2 adults): Bright and spacious (16m2), featuring a double bed, bathroom with shower, a free-standing wardrobe and an unrestricted pool view.



Upper level:

Here you’ll find the bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with its own amazing bathroom, 2 more bedrooms and a shared bathroom.

Master Bedroom No2(2 adults): Exceptionally bright and spacious (30m2). You’ll find a king-sized bed, walk-in closet and a big veranda with a view of Panormos bay and the Aegean. This room features an incredible glass ceiling in its luxurious bathroom, featuring twin wash basins and a glass shower cubicle.

Bedroom No4 (2 adults): Bright and spacious (12m2), this bedroom features a double bed, a big wooden wardrobe and veranda with a magnificent view of Panormos bay and the Aegean.

Bedroom No5 (2 adults): Bright and spacious (12m2), this bedroom features two single beds and a big wooden wardrobe. From the window and from the veranda you can enjoy a charming view of Panormos bay and the Aegean.

The two bedrooms share a bathroom (6m2) which features a state-of-the-art inox wash basin and a glass shower cubicle.



Middle level:

The ground floor consists of lovely reception areas, sitting rooms, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with extra preparation space, a special fully equipped laundry-room and a staff bedroom with its own bathroom.

Here you’ll find the Villa’s main entrance with its lovely courtyard, decorated with frescos depicting Ancient Greek nature, which connects the two floors harmoniously.



Guest house: a very romantic, traditional two-storey building, independent from the main Villa, which is located on the west side of the grounds.

On the ground floor, right below the murals of dolphins you’ll find a sitting room, a kitchenette, a built-in sofa and a sofa bed.

There is also a beautiful stone bathroom with an arched ceiling on this level.

The main bedroom, featuring a double bed, is located on the open-air level and has a breathtaking view of Panormos bay and the blue of the Aegean from its balcony.

On its big wholly shaded veranda, apart from the amazing sea view, you will find a table with a beautiful mosaic surface perfect for enjoying your dinner.
