Enjoying a superb location just jess than 2km away from the sought after resort of Agia Marina, Villa Liostasi is set to impress. The villa itself has a spacious lawn and an inviting private pool. Inside, the house is full of charm, with traditional Cretan touches throughout.
Villa Liostasi, modernly fitted and furnished, is set over 3 floors. The open plan living area is located on the ground floor and opens out onto a pool facing covered terrace. There is comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and a feature fireplace. Dining table and chairs, as well as a well-equipped kitchen are also available on this floor, together with a WC. Stairs lead up to the first floor. where 2 twin bedrooms (both en-suite) are located. The bedrooms have direct access to a terrace with lovely views. The upper floor houses the master bedroom suite, with en-suite bathroom and terrace. For the comfort of our guests, the villa is air-conditioned (included in the rental price).
Outside, the private pool is set within well cared gardens with sunbeds, shades, lawn, flowers. This turns Villa Liostasi into a perfect family holiday home. The main pool measures 9m x 5.5m and has a nice poolside pergola. BBQ is available for delicious meals too. Private parking is available within the premises.
